General

These Privacy Policy govern your use of Period (the "Application") and related services provided by IP Pavlov Konstantin ("Us", "We").

By downloading the Application, you agree to be bound by these Privacy Policy and by continue using, you confirm and affirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Privacy Policy, do not use the Application.

You may not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations (for example, federal, state, local and provincial) applicable to your use of the Application and your Content (defined below), including but not limited to, copyright laws.

You must not interfere or disrupt the Application, including by transmitting any worms, viruses, spyware, malware or any other code of a destructive or disruptive nature.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Application and all related trademarks, logos, software and other intellectual property rights are and shall remain our exclusive property. Your right to use the Application and its content is personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable. Any copying, republication or redistribution of the Application or any of its content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any errors in any content or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. Furthermore, we shall not be liable to you for any interception of online communications, software or hardware problems (including, without limitation, viruses, loss of data or compatibility conflicts).

Subscription

Period has an optional Premium subscription.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Application cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Application customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal or to iTunes Account, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Application with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Application to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Free Trial

Application offers a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time 3 or 7 days (“Free Trial”).

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.

If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by Application until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

At any time and without notice, Application reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.
